The residence is located at the North West side of Kea Island, 2km from the main village of Ioulida and 7km from the port of Kea.
The site’s location allows easy access to the Western and the Eastern part of the island giving you the opportunity to make daily trips to the island’s various landmarks and visit almost every beach in a 15 minute driving distance.
Fully adjusted to the landscape and the island’s unique architecture, the 140sq.m stone Villa provides unobstructed panoramic view to the blue Aegean Sea and the harbor settlement from all living spaces. Its North West orientation promises colorful sunsets having the coast line from the Attica soars to Evia Island as a background.
As the Villa is placed on an 1.000 sq.m private site, different outdoor relaxing and dining areas are provided to take the most of every part of the day.

The residence can accommodate 6 persons to a two floor living space. The first level consists of one bedroom with two twin beds and its ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with with two twin beds, a bathroom and a master bedroom with its en suite bathroom. The second level consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances.
It is noted that the residence is not childproof, as there are no electric socket protection covers and bars at the pool (from 30cm to 2m depth). Also, the residence has stairs and the walls that separate the different levels and the height differences are low in order to provide a better aesthetic result.
There are also available, private parking, wifi access and all necessary electrical appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dishwasher, nespresso coffeemaker, Satellite TV, stereo Hi-Fi etc.
