Newly renovated apartment in the heart of the city. It is located on the third floor with an elevator.
It has two spacious rooms. One of them with two single beds and the other with a 1.50m double bed.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living-dining room area is very spacious and decorated on a whim. It has gas heating and good ventilation.
The apartment has a great height which gives a feeling of spaciousness to the unparalleled living-dining room. All furniture and lighting are new.

Close to the San Martín market and one step away from Playa de la Concha.

Bergara street is located 10 minutes from La Concha beach, 10 minutes from the Gros neighborhood, 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the old town.
Miraconcha is a wide pedestrian esplanade that surrounds the beach, adorned with tamarind trees and the famous emblem railing of the city, which reaches after 2.5 km to Ondarreta beach and at the end to the sculpture Peine del Viento by the sculptor Chillida. In this area of San Sebastián you will find most of the shops, local markets and historical monuments and you can visit the Town Hall, the Victoria Eugenia Theater or the Buen Pastor Cathedral. Furthermore, the streets surrounding the apartment are known for their gastronomy with many quality local restaurants and pintxo bars.
