Carriage house near Vanderbilt and Belmont, walking distance to 12 South located in the historic Belmont Hillsboro neighborhood. The space contains one queen bed and a sleeper sofa with a double bed. Four and a half blocks to 12 South, one quarter of a mile to Belmont University. We kindly and firmly request that all guests be non-smokers (if you are a smoker, this unit is not for you). Smoking is not allowed on the property or on surrounding neighbors' properties.
