Wonderful house near the beach

The house is about 140 m2 and has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The house is suitable for larger families (or even two families) and has 8 beds spread out in the 4 bedrooms with two beds in each (one of the rooms has a double bed). There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, NOTICE that the stairway to one of the bedrooms is a bit tricky! If you wish to stay more than 8 people in the house, it is possible to use one of the living rooms as a bedroom since it has a sofa-bed in it. There is a lovely garden with a large green area, where you can relax in the hammock or where the children can play around. There is barbeque available and garden furniture so that you can sit outside and enjoy your dinner.

Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Bar and bistro in town and close to Svaneke and Nexø.

Huset ligger 800m fra Snogebæk hvor der er både restauranter, røgeri, samt indkøbsmuligheder Fra terrassen med mekanisk markise kan man nyde de lokale råvarer, oftest til lyden af bølgernes brusen. Grunden invitere samtidig til afslapning samt udendørs aktiviteter Indendørs er der rigelig med plads men også mulighed for at være sig selv

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Sommerhus med 25 m til vandet og 180 gr. havudsigt

Nyd en ferie i smukke, idylliske, hyggelige rammer i det nybyggede røde træsommerhus "Søglimt". Husets navn er lidt misvisende, for fra det store køkken alrum er der ikke kun søglimt, men derimod 180 gr. fuld panoramaudsigt over Østersøen. Her kan du sidde med et køligt glas hvidvin eller en lækker kop kaffe og holde øje med børnene som bader fra klipperne, eller blot nyde lyden og synet af bølgeskvulp og studere skibene som flyder langsomt forbi.

Most of the island's attractions, shops and experiences are reached within a 5-20 minute drive

Great vacation house on top of a hill in quiet, green surroundings. From all rooms in the house you can enjoy the fantastic view of Gudhjem, with its red roofs, the old mill and the sea. Close to EVERYTHING: shopping, restaurants, museums, harbor, bike rental, cinema, indoor swimming pool, cliffs and the sea.
