Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

There are 12 steps going down to the basement, so please be sure you are good with stairs before booking. Kitchen essentials are included, and beds include 1 double and 1 single bed side-by-side. A wonderful place to get away !! In this beautiful country setting. The carriage suite has its own private deck looking over the gardens. Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!

There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
