Studio is attached to a larger property but has its own peaceful little backyard that is fenced in for guest's privacy. The studio features vintage and retro decor with an Albuquerque theme.

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Featuring a private entrace and courtyard, charming decor, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, bedroom, mini-split heating and a/c, off-street parking, local tourist information and New Mexican literature, and an array of 90’s VHS movies! This adorable one bedroom casita features eco-friendly products, classy Deco decorating, and an extra cozy Keetsa king bed. The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.
