Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the rail trail and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

Ripley's Point Cottage on Lake George

Ripley's Point cottage of Cleverdale, east side of Lake George, ideally for two people, not suitable for groups or parties. A simple and cozy (yes it's small!) retreat to recharge and escape the hub bub of everyday life. Dock use includes swimming area, kayaks, canoe and dock furniture. No dock space available for guest boats. Local country store & post office available. 1 hr from Albany. 45 mins from Saratoga, 15 mins from Lake George Village. Hiking & biking trails nearby.

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York/Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

You'll love this property for all it has to offer! This is a beautiful and spacious loft with great views of the lake directly across the street. The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.
