Grill-Fireplace to cook meat and vegetables, or sit by the fire. You can swim in the pool. There is a workshop if you enjoy creative activities. The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

The apartment is situated on the 9th floor ( the last one), no neighbors upstairs. Sleeping area, fresh air, beautiful view. Very close to public transport and very cheap taxi services.
