The most important features of this apartment, are the amazing sea view, where you can see the open wide sea, and its quiet location. It is fully airconditioned, has fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and living room. TV/DVD available, hot water 24h/day. Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Ideally located in Perdika village, not even one minute walk (50m) to Perdika beach and marina, the fish taverns and cafés that Perdika offers. The appartment renovated in 2025, is ideal for short or longer stays. It is situated on the garden level overlooking the sea. Vagia village is the only place in Aegina where you can enjoy the unique experience of going to a wonderful beach, going dinning or hiking on foot, without using your car.
