Merevaatega luksuslik läbi maja planeeringuga korter Noblessneri jahisadamas on valminud 2024 a. Aknast ja rõdult paistab meri, jahisadam, kai, kohvikud ja galeriid. Ümbrus on roheline ja hästi hoolitsetud, naabruses uusarendused, Kalmistu park, Kalaranna tänav, restoranid, Noblessneri valukoda ja palju muud. Lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel on trendikas Balti jaama turg, orgaanilise toidu pood ning palju muud uudistamist. Suvel toimub Noblessneris mitmeid kontserte, eriüritusi ja regatte.

Jõeäärne idüll - Saunamajake kümblustünniga

Selles ainulaadses saunaga minimajas (20 m²) peatudes saad nautida vaadet jõele, kuulata looduse hääli või jalutada mere äärde (20 min). Pärast saunarituaale saad lõõgastuda elektriküttega kümblustünnis. Vihmaste ilmade korral saate te 55" telerist avastada Netflixi või mängida majas olevaid lauamänge. 40m kaugusel on ka teine saunamajake (Jõeäärne Retriit), kus võivad inimesed (2 inimest max) samaaegselt peatuda. 2 väikest toidupoodi ja kohvik on 8 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel.

The place is in a peaceful garden area of Tallinn's Pirita region, about 20 minutes by bus or car from the city center and Old Town. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. Pirita is known for its beach, forests, river, and yacht harbor all within 3-4 km. Nearby are the TV Tower with restaurant and a botanical garden, each a 10-minute walk. The house includes a garden, sauna, terrace with a hot tub, and parking for 4 cars. During stay guest will live alone in the house.

Lofti tüüpi maja (36 m2), autentse õlgkatusega, asub igihalja Muraste looduskaitseala vahetus läheduses ja vaid 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel merest. Avastamist ootavad arvukad matkarajad ning rannarajad ja vaatamisväärsused (nt Suurupi alumine puidust tuletorn, Peeter Suure Merekindluse rannakaitse patarei nr 3). Pärast pikka päeva saab kümblustünnis lõõgastuda. Kümblustünn sisaldub hinnas. Vahetame vett pärast iga külalist. (Kümblustünnis ei ole mullisüsteemi).
