Είναι φθηνό, μόνο γιατί είναι μικρό και...φιλικό. Το στούντιο διαθέτει κλιματισμό. Στους ενοίκους προσφέρονται επίσης για όλες τις ημέρες της διαμονής τους ένα ή... και δυο καλά ποδήλατα.
