My cool flat with the best view in Nicosia is located just after the University of Cyprus (700m away) and other amenities (supermarkets/cafes) on the top of the hill. I am living in this flat but I travel a lot, so I can rent it entirely for 1 to 3 people. I can also host people, if interested while I am here.
