The property features 4 spacious quadruple cottages (16 beds total) and a main lodge, all reserved for your private use. It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 3 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

Upplev det genuina Grekland. Huset som är en före detta specialritad konstnärsvilla är beläget på norra Evia i en liten vacker kustby som heter Kastri. Perfekt för konstnärer eller för hela barnfamiljer. Närmaste större ort heter Pefki där det finns bra utbud av restauranger, barer samt fin och barnvänlig strand. Huset är perfekt för ett par, eller för en eller två barnfamiljer på 4-8 personer, det finns 8 sängar, men fungerar lika bra för konstnärer med sitt vackra ateljérum på övervåningen.

Ειναι στα 30 μετρα απο την θαλασσα τελειως απομονωμενο και λειτουργει με αυτονομο φωτοβολταικο συστημα περιορισμένης κατανάλωσης ρεύματος . είναι απαγορευτικό η χρήση συσκευής άνω των 1000vatt ,ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, , κτλ η παραλία μπροστά από το σπίτι καθαρίζετε συχνά απο τοπικούς φορείς αλλα υπάρχει η πιθανότητα με ένα δυνατό αέρα να βγάλει λιγα σκουπίδια επίσης τα τελευταία τριακόσια μέτρα δρόμου θέλει πολύ προσοχη είναι απότομη κατηφόρα και Μερικές φορές λίγο κατεστραμενος μετά από βροχή
