A 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach and the Marine Parade. Three double bedrooms and a lovely private and fully enclosed back garden. Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways.

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!
