A delightful very private modern arts and crafts style cottage set in a rural area. It is only a 10 minute walk from Akaroa's main street 1.5 km away. Peace and quiet is assured here, except for the noisy dawn chorus. The cottage is fully self contained with ensuite bathroom, adjoining kitchenette area and a separate downstairs living room.
