My place is close to University of Albany, tennis, shopping malls and plazas, bars, restaurants, the airport, the city center, parks, art and culture.

Historic Schodack Landing Homestead

My home is an appropriately furnished 1880 Second Empire style Victorian house in the center of a small hamlet on the east side of the Hudson River. There are views of the Schodack Island Park from the cozy upstairs guest bedroom. Close to that room on the second floor is another small bedroom, a bathroom, and a room with weights and mats that serves as a fitness room. In pleasant weather there is the option to relax on one of the largest porches on a private residence in the Hudson Valley.
