Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Will sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped: full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. No infants or children please due to an abundance of caution regarding the stairs that lead to the space. No pets or animals of any kind allowed.

Blackout bedroom curtains invite great sleep, and comfortable couch is also long enough to sleep on. All welcome! Cannabis friendly (outdoors only) covered patio. On a quiet dead-end road with free parking. Stays over 7 days can request access to laundry.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.
