ONLY 15 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! View the sunrise over the mountains every morning! Bright, clean, spacious apartment with private entrance and private driveway. It features a queen-sized bed plus a roll away twin bed if needed, a full-sized kitchen and spacious bathroom, as well as a lovely view of our beloved Smoky Mountains. We've put our Southern hospitality to work to make this a lovely home away from home! Convenient to Pigeon Forge & Knoxville airport.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Maryville College is just around the corner,Great Smoky Mountains are just up the road...close to downtown historical Maryville, 30 minutes into Knoxville. Large yard to walk and enjoy. Space for 2 dogs, must be crated if left during the day...CATS are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property Diapers must be taken out to the main garbage each day.

My house is a log cabin style home, with rustic and cottage décor. It is in the foothills of East TN, in a very peaceful neighborhood. It is located on a hill and has a beautiful view. You will have the entire front part of the house with a private entrance, patio, front porch and parking. You will have private access to all of what is pictured.
