Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Crane Lodge-Secluded 1 bedroom stay near the coast

Crane Lodge is in a private garden set back from the main house in a secluded wooded area 5 minutes from Orford. This is a perfect peaceful retreat for those looking for a getaway amongst nature on the Suffolk Heritage Coast - a perfect base to explore nearby Snape, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Recently renovated with mezzanine living, guests have the entire Lodge to themselves with a private entrance, terraced area for outside dining/bbq and off road parking. We also welcome up to two dogs.

1 small dog welcome: please confirm before booking. "House" doesn't quite describe this unique property but rooms mostly on one level. Stylish, airy, deceptively private home with a view of the beach front and sea - perfectly located in central Aldeburgh. Close to the ancient Moot Hall, approx 60 second walk to the beach, boat pond and 2 mins to one of the best fish and chip shops in the area, the Co-op (conveniently open long hours) and other great shops, restaurants and cinema.

Tide House

Tide House is in the heart of Woodbridge, a beautiful and vibrant market town, on the River Deben. The house is close to the market square, shops, pubs and restaurants A unique home from home, spacious and freshly decorated A perfect base to explore the Suffolk coast and countryside There are lovely riverside walks along the quay and River Deben Close to the station too, a perfect getaway A cot and highchair are available Dogs are very welcome (fully enclosed garden)

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

A compact value for money, basic, clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. NOTE: shower over bath, one double bed is small 4ft double. No pets, Non-Smoking. Check-out 1000. It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop is 5 miles. I do my best to point all of this out. Cleaning charge added per stay.

This sunny, spacious and stylishly-refurbished Victorian house is situated in a quiet street in the heart of Aldeburgh. It is within minutes' walk of the beach, fresh fish & chips and the pubs and restaurants of Aldeburgh high street. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is decorated in a light and contemporary style. It has a large living room, separate dining room and large garden table, perfect for eating indoors or outside.

Suffolk House is a spacious three bedroom Georgian property with a sunny courtyard garden in a fabulous location on the High Street, with sea views and less than a minute walk to the beach. Next door to the Two Magpies, the best bakery in town. Three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The largest room can be arranged as three single beds or a super king bed.
