Located in the Northern Lakes Region on a major wildlife corridor this rustic hunting cabin has off the grid accessories including battery powered lights, outside cold shower with an outside sink and a outhouse. There are walking trails and abundant wildlife from deer, bear, moose and coyotes all of which you may encounter. The peepers will lull you to sleep at night. Pristine beach and hiking close by.

Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The Back 80 Yurt

Is a spacious 24 foot Yurt next to Mt Cardigan state park. From the Yurt you can hike ,snow shoe or backcountry ski on miles of well marked AMC trails , as well as climb Firescrew and Mt Cardigan. This is the only off-grid Yurt acessable to the AMC state park. This is not a drive up, in the winter prepare to hike 1 mile, and in the summer 300 yards up a windy forest path. The Yurt has everything you will want from a wood stove , cook stoves. We have raised the price for plowing cost

Cabin on the Hill

Enjoy a stay in the hills of Vermont - glamping at its finest! A 5-10 minute hike UPhill to a secluded getaway in the heart of Vermont. This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. Hot and cold running water and a fantastic hot outdoor shower! The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Plenty of mountain biking and hiking from your front door. Lots to explore. Nature right outside your door! 10% veteran discount.

Bog Mt Retreat Upstairs Suite

Woodland trails on the property, moderate hikes nearby or bring your kayaks and explore the many ponds and lakes in the area. Ragged Mt and Mt Sunapee Ski Resorts are both under 30 minutes away. This newly designed suite is perfect for an individual or couple wanting to escape into the country but still be within an easy driving distance to local sites.
