Potawatomi State Park is only about a 5 minute walk away which offers boat launch, cross country skiing, swimming, kayaks, hiking, biking, snowmobiling and more! The Cottage is 2.5 miles to downtown Sturgeon bay as well! AC and Internet!

A newly renovated tiny home on the west side of sturgeon bay with two car garage and detached, heated yoga studio. A short run to Potowotomi State Park and less than a mile from sturgeon bay bars/eateries and highway access. 1898 Character Home with modern kitchen and bath. Lots of amenities. A few blocks from Lake Michigan. 30 miles from Green Bay. 30 miles from Door County. I moved to Green Bay for work, but I did not want to let go of this wonderful old house. I hope you enjoy being here as much as I have for the 15 years I lived here.
