Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. This modern small studio (15 sq.m.) is en-suite with a bunkbed, small TV, big fridge, kettler, sandwich toaster, basic kitchenware, storage cupboards as well as a small balcony. It's located on the main road of Alikanas with all amenities within 1-4 min walking distance (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, grocery/coffee/souvenir shops, ATM,car-rentals,snack-bars, restaurants, bars & pubs). Less than 5min walking (200m away) is Alikanas beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters.
