Yak Ranch Stay

Enjoy a unique experience by staying at our beautiful yak ranch! Located in Auburn, Wyoming (10 miles from Afton) you will enjoy beautiful views of Star Valley in all directions. You will have the whole building to yourselves with ample parking and amenities. Sleeps 6 people; 1 private bedroom with king bed. 2 queen beds are located in the common areas (dormers of the space). Enjoy an evening on the deck watching the horses and yaks and appreciate the beautiful surroundings and amazing sunsets.

Our 850 square foot guesthouse is a PRIVATE charming rustic fully furnished cozy "home away from home" with a full usable kitchen and excellent WiFi; 88 megabytes. It has a balcony with an incredible view overlooking our pasture, horses, and Star Valley. We are a 5 minute drive to Alpine. We are also minutes away from the Snake, Salt, and Grey's Rivers along with several National Forests including Bridger Teton and Targhee. We are surrounded by numerous summer and winter outdoor activities.

An adorable 400 square foot studio cabin with kitchen. There is a semi-private bedroom area separated by a shelving unit, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen includes a 2 burner cook-top, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, sink, and coffee pot. The bar seats 2. Shared access to a propane bbq grill and fire pit. Enjoy the surrounding mountain views from the front porch. Horse pasturing available for a fee. Need more space? Consider renting Cabin #2 as well.

Step into adventure with our Park Cabin, designed with National Park charm for families or small groups. It features two bedrooms—one queen, one full—a 4-ft loft with two twin beds, and a cozy kitchen/living combo. Enjoy a full kitchen with fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, Keurig, and toaster. A private bath with a shower completes this retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Newly built loft with private entrance. 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and large bathroom with double vanity and tiled shower provides plenty of space for relaxation. Nook with microwave, mini- fridge and coffee/ tea/ hot cocoa bar. Our location is central to Star Valley and about an hour from historic Jackson Hole. Come to hike, fish, or play in the snow! Plenty of parking on site.
