On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

On the Beach Front 2

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

A studio suited for couples and families with young children, (under 3 are free in off season) they will love the space. It’s only a 2 hr drive. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. Walking distance to beach/shops. Reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment is self-contained with own access down a side path and through your own covered patio and door. There is some transfer of noise but there are three doors between your bedrooms and mine. Dogs live with me.

You will have the rear half of our house. Self contained with its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom,huge living area, laundry and tiny kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating in an undercover area. Perfect for a quiet breakfast.It is entirely private and you have a lovely garden,outdoor area and under cover parking. Free bikes and free wifi. There is a big tile fire for winter and always plenty of wood.
