The Little House

Take it easy at this modern cottage that’s located near the Washington County Airport. It is minutes away from W&J college, Wild Things stadium, and the George Washington Hotel. It is also a 45 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh for concerts, games, and events. This little cottage is tucked away on a quiet dead end with a spacious yard and fire pit. It has everything you need for a short or extended stay. There are places for coffee, restaurants, and shopping within 5-10 minutes of the house.

Enjoy the Nifty 50s Kitchen, an art deco 1940s Dining Room, a living room in 'mod' 1960s decor, retro 70s bedrooms, full basement with a custom 1950s Knotty Pine bar, a record player, along with vintage Pinball machines. Experience a step back in time as you remember fondly your Good Ol' Days.

The Scenic Lodge

The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking with breathtaking views.  The spacious great room is perfect for a quiet getaway or family reunion. The chef’s kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you need.  There is a gas grill for your use. The downstairs gameroom has something to entertain all ages.  The base rate is for up to 6 people. There are additional fees calculated in the reservation for additional guests up to the max 13 guests.

Cozy cabin offers open floor plan with covered porch overlooking small pond on our property. Uniquely decorated. Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Should you need single night accommodation, please message me for consideration. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
