Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Akerdijk ligt in Badhoevedorp en biedt een tuin, steiger met roeiboot . De accommodatie ligt op18 km van Zandvoort aan Zee en biedt gratis WiFi en privéparkeergelegenheid. Amsterdam ligt op 5 km van het appartement. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is Schiphol, op 4 km van Akerdijk.

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
