Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Entire country home on 1 acre! Peaceful area!

Relax in this cozy home, located right inside Caswell county on 1 acre. Outdoor fire pit, covered carport, back patio & front porch with rockers. Perfect for a get away in a quiet area. 25 minutes from Greensboro, Eden, Reidsville downtown (17 mins), & Burlington. Enjoy watching the chickens, roosters, and turkeys in the area (there’s a chance a chicken will end up in the backyard!) & relax in the simple slow paced country life. Equipped with everything you should need during your entire stay!

The Dolly

The Dolly is a tiny house nestled in our Alamance County farm's wooded area. Just 15 minutes from the bustling village of Saxapahaw, the Dolly offers a bit of everything. Romp our woods, cuddle goats and donkeys, cast a fishing line or warm by a fire pit. Adventurers can bike Snow Camp's rural roads or drop kayaks in nearby Haw River. A wood burning stove keeps the Dolly cozy during winter stays; the cedar insulated walls (and AC) keep the house cool in the summer. Unplug and unwind with us.

Budget Abode

Small one bedroom/one bathroom apartment with open floor plan for living room and kitchen. You can hear the train when it comes through. Great for a couple. Nice covered porch area for relaxing. Basic set of pots, pans, dishes, cups, and utensils. We do not provide bedding or towels. There is one full bed. Covered parking. In between Martinsville, VA and Greensboro,NC. We do not provide bedding or towels.The heat/air must stay between 68 and 74 or you will be charged an extra $10 a day.

Cozy Cabin in the Countryside

Enjoy a cozy cabin with internet, ac/heat, kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Please note there is no water in the cabin and shower and toilet are located in the bathhouse just a few steps away. This comfortable Cabin has very easy quick access to all amenities including the showerhouse, picnic areas, lawn games, outdoor kitchen. Hottub is open. Property is within minutes of downtown Chapel Hill & Hillsborough, Raleigh, Durham are 20-30 minutes away. No Smoking or Vaping in Cabins

Private 1 bed/1 bath guest room conveniently located 10 minutes from Graham, Saxapahaw & Mebane & 30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham & Chapel Hill. Situated at Cranmore Meadows Tiny House Community, guests will also have access to a community kitchen & washer/dryer close by. Enjoy nature on our large deck with ample patio furniture and a jacuzzi. Our 30 acre property has trails through the meadows, a pond, and creek and is a perfect view into tiny living! Enjoy your privacy at this beautiful traditional log cabin on 10 secluded acres. Includes a fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one loft space). Enjoy a night cap on the large covered wraparound porch, take a romantic dip in the 4-person hot tub to stargaze at night, or sit around the fire pit and enjoy a crackling fire to chat and enjoy outdoor adventures with friends. Includes a fully fenced backyard for a well-behaved dog <50 lbs.

Artist's Studio

Originally the studio of a visual artist (long ago garden illustrator for The New York Times), this petite building is completely private. Firm queen bed. Mix of antiques and artisanal built-ins. Radiant heat. AC. Mini fridge and microwave, electric kettle, Chemex coffee maker and French Press, excellent wifi. Unique space in one of the best country neighborhoods around. 6.5 miles to Hillsborough healthy grocery store, 8 to Carrboro/Chapel Hill, 18 to Durham. Serene pond and grounds.

The Workshop Cabin at Oak Leaf Acres

Take it easy at this unique and fun getaway. This cabin is located on a working farm in McLeansville, NC. Enjoy relaxing on the patio of a newly renovated and landscaped 100 year old barn or on your own private area behind the cabin overlooking the garden. Walk the property and visit farm animals including donkeys, goats, a mini cow and a standard highland cow. If you need a moment to catch your breath and disconnect from the busyness of life we welcome you to Oak Leaf Acres Farm.

Fortress of Solitude

Want to get away? Fortress of Solitude is a modernist house on 30 acres. Relax on the porches listening to birdsong. The fortress was built in 2007 as a vacation home. Passive solar design features include concrete walls and many windows. The style of the fortress is a call back to old NC tobacco barns. Surrounded by forest with no neighbors in sight, this home has excellent privacy and a half mile long driveway. Gratitude to all guests who stayed during our 1st year!

The Bee’s Knees

Welcome to The Bee’s Knees! A unique farm stay experience in Reidsville, NC with vintage charm and modern amenities. Rest in one of the well appointed bedrooms or lounge, read or play a game in the comfortable living room. Enjoy sitting on the deck, walking through the pasture and garden, watching the chickens and feeding the goats . We include the fixins for a farm fresh breakfast with a half dozen fresh eggs, biscuits and a jar of honey harvested here at the farm.
