Βρισκομαστε στο κεντρο της παλιας πολης της Ανδρου μολις λιγα μετρα απο την αγορα της Χωρας.Το σπιτι ειναι μεζονετα 40τμ στον κατω χωρο υπαρχει το καθιστικο με καναπε που γινετε κρεβατι και ενα διπλο κρεβατι.Στον επανω χωρο βρισκεται ενα μονο κρεβατι , μπανιο με ντουζιερα και το μπαλκονι με θεα τον πεζοδρομο της παλιας πολης ,κουζινα η οποια παρεχει την καταπληκτικη θεα στην παραλια Παραπορτι μολις λιγα βηματα .

Kalliberry Cycladic old cave with private pool

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

To Empyrean Penthouse βρίσκεται σε έναν από τους ομορφότερους παραδοσιακούς οικισμούς της Τήνου, όπως είναι η Καρδιανη, ενώ η πανοραμική του θέα προς το απέραντο γαλάζιο θάλασσας και Ουρανου κόβουν την ανάσα. Στο Empyrean Penthouse μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει την ηρεμία, και την χαλάρωση μακριά από το θόρυβο και το στρες της πόλης αφού απέχει 13χλμ. από την Χώρα και το λιμάνι ενώ βρίσκεται μόλις 5χλμ. από την εξαιρετική παραλία των Καλυβίων.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
