This one bedroom villa is ideal for honeymooners and couples to relax in absolute privacy right on a secluded white sandy beach with only a few steps from the veranda. The villa is surrounded by two of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles, the Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio beach. Close proximity to shops, restaurants, takeaway food shop and the airport. Praslin island is only 15mins by plane from the international airport on Mahe and is well located to explore the other surrounding islands

This unique villa is located on a hillside on large private property of 7 acres. The villa has a 270 degree sea view of St Pierre Island, Curieuse Island, Cote d'or and Anse Boudin beaches. The villa has a private infinity swimming pool of 35 m2 from where 12 islands can be seen. A gazebo and BBQ area allows for outdoor relaxing, dining and socialising. The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

The Villa is in a very tranquil surrounding and the area is renowed for it's snorkeling, large variety of beautiful fishes, dolphins, rays and Hawksbill turtles.

We have free WiFi on site which works in all the rooms and in the garden.

Le Port Guest House (Studio for couple)

The studio is for couples or two persons at a time. It has a sea view and is practically on the little beach called Anse D'amour which means love beach. The harbour where Cat Cocos/Cat Rose berths is 5mins walk from our place. The bus stop is just across the road from the studio andyou will find it very easy to get around by bus. There's two grocery stores close by,one across the street and the other, 1 minute walk away .

Chalet Kokorouz 1 (Bois d'Amour)

This holiday home is part of a family-run accommodation with only three traditional chalets in a large garden. Enjoy a true island feeling from your open veranda with wooden floors and handmade furniture, surrounded by rare fruits and colourful tropical flowers. The surroundings are village-like, with small shops, a restaurant and two takeaways close by. The sea is about one kilometre away.
