LOCATION... this house is located in the heart of DOWNTOWN BOONE! White Fence Farm Downtown is a quaint, restored 1920s farmhouse. This home features 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, a dishwasher, beautiful hardwood floors, and can sleep up to six. Appalachian State University is located less than ½ mile from the home, and you can walk to all that downtown Boone has to offer. Text the day before check-in for keycode! Pets are allowed with additional $50 per pet fee.

Our garage apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to King St (our main street.) The space is cozy and well appointed - perfect for a couple or small family. The deck is a lovely place to enjoy the beautiful mountain weather. There is a queen sized bed. There is queen pull out futon as well as a futon in the closet to make the kids space cozy and comfortable.
