Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly, dogs only. ($50 per stay, maximum 2 dogs).

Welcome to "Hickory Dickory Doc's" cabin. Doctor Charles Curtis, aka "Doc", was a family physician in Bellville, OH, for nearly half a century. The cabin, surrounded by beautiful hickory trees, overlooks the scenic Clear Fork river and is uniquely decorated. It sleeps 13, has two spiral staircases, a gas fireplace, a 7 person hot tub, beautiful deck, an outdoor fire pit and much more. It's truly a magical place. A stay here is just what the "doctor" ordered :). Enjoy your stay!

You can expect to enjoy a quiet crackling of the fire with the sound of water coming from the creek that puts you in all of your surroundings, away from all the busyness of life. Besides the lovely stay here at the cottage, there is lots of fun thing to do with in 5-20 minutes away from your Cozy Cottage like Kayaking/tubing down the river or hiking back in to see some fantastic water falls.

Relax in the woods in this rustic & cozy Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. Cabin is fully furnished with Stainless gas stove, Stainless refrigerator , shower, smart TV (we do not have cable, but you may connect to your cellular device ex Netflix/YouTube) Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pot, firepit, and other necessities. 🪵 🔥 🦌 🍃
