It is located barely 200 meters from Morjim Beach, known as nesting and hatching habitat of fabled Olive Ridley sea turtles and golden sands. It is situated (150 meters) on the northern bank of the Chapora river estuary. One can either walk leisurely along the windy Chapora river on one side or stroll directly to get to the beach for breathtaking views.

It's a small hotel and gives you a stunning view of beautiful pichola lake. Room will be on first or second floor and it is in old city so it is only accessible by auto rikshaw or scooty. Car parking is about 900 meters from the property and is paid parking. You can have a bike or activa on rent at the property with reasonable charges.
