Enjoy the elegance of a timelessly beautiful era while staying in this National Register of Historic Places home. Also, the former hospital. This spacious 3rd level attic suite contains two large rooms (a bedroom and living space). The abundance of natural lighting, private porch, and private entrance (you will walk through host's kitchen) will make for a one-of-a-kind stay. The suite is located downtown within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. Note: There is a cat in the home.

Cozy and Small near DT Brookings

This is a small space in a duplex home near downtown Brookings. It boasts a stand up washer and dryer, and a queen bed! The space is perfect for one person traveling, a couple or a couple of people coming to town to work. The second room has a twin in a very small space, should a second person want a bed or a third person possibly. Our hope is to offer an inexpensive location for people that are traveling to town, working temporarily in town, or need a quick stay on their way somewhere.

The Ridge

A cute cabin getaway in the heart of lake Benton, Minnesota located right beneath “Hole In The Mountain” state park. There is access to horse tails near by and walking distance from the cozy gem of a town. The lake is directly in front of the cabin and has public access right down the road. This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter! Snowmobile trails are also accessible nearby!

2 Bedroom - Convenient & Comfy Downtown Apt

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. It is right next to downtown Marshall with many bars, restaurants and cool shops within a few blocks. With 2 bedrooms it works well for visiting family or work. The entire building was completely remodeled in 2023 keeping the charm of exposed bricks but all the amenities you'd expect in a new building. The kitchen is stocked so you can save some cash and cook here, or just go for a quick walk to taste Marshall!

This home will be all yours when you book! There are three beds, two bathrooms and two different living room areas with TVs to unwind after a long day of sports or work. This house is located near the Hillcrest Aquatic Center so you will be pretty well centrally located. The property has a large patio with a charcoal and gas grill available for guest use and two different kitchen areas.
