The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Brand-new modern micro cabin perched right on the Kings River with floor-to-ceiling windows, private river access, and total silence – only 25 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. Our brand new micro cabin is as peaceful as it gets with rustic woods. There is also an outdoor tub and Hot Tub. We are located down a 3 mile dirt road, but it is worth the drive. We have parking on the property and it is a short walk from parking to the cabin down a beautiful set of concrete steps.

Relax on the 320sf deck by the house, or walk just a few steps down a wooded path to the platform overlooking Bird Creek, lots of wildlife can be seen. Perfect for a couples weekend, or a quiet getaway. Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!
