Upscale bathroom, 55”-Smart-TV, hi-speed WiFi, new bed, new full-size futon. Located 100 yards from 75-acre Kirk and Michael Douglas Preserve, 1-mile of beach. Very safe, quiet "Mesa" neighborhood, two shopping centers. Downtown is 2.5 miles. Backyard now features sunny sitting area. Concrete floors now restaurant-style polished.

Lighthouse Keeper's House, close to the beach

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .

Nestled among the oaks with stunning canyon views, our 14x16 foot canvas tent sits on a 28 foot redwood deck.
