Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf ca 1000m Die Skigebiete Hochzillertal- Hochfügen und die Zillertal Arena sind nur wenige km von unserem Haus entfernt und mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das kleine, gemütliche Apart die Almsünde verfügt über kostenloses w-lan, Skiabstellraum mit Trockenraum, PKW Parkplätze!! Im Winter sind Winterreifen unbedingt erforderlich!!! Bei Schneefall auch Schneeketten!!!!

Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

Der Einstieg in das Skigebiet Zillertal Arena ist über die Rosenalmbahn 1 nach ungefähr 3,4 km zu erreichen. Das Skigebiet Hochzillertal liegt ebenfalls nur ca. 4,2 km von der Unterkunft entfernt. Zudem hält ein Skibus in etwa 100 m Entfernung. Die nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Unterkunftsnähe. Ein Highlight ist der große Garten mit schöner Terrasse!

Vor dem Haus geht im Winter die Piste vorbei und hinterm Haus der Lift hoch. Im Sommer sind wir ein wenig versteckt über eine kurze Schotterstraße erreichbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.
