A mature oak tree provides shade in the backyard during those warm summer days and we offer several outdoor sitting and lounging areas. Many restaurants, bars, shops, a zoo, playgrounds and Lake Atascadero can be reached within minutes. The house is in close proximity to Paso Robles, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo and countless vineyards.

Wine Country Bungalow

The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

The Morro Road Casita

The Casita is located on the countryside just off the well known Morro Road. This centrally located Casita is just 20 minutes to either Paso Robles, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. The Casita is nestle between two hills on a 10 acre ranch, where you can watch the sunrise over the hillside and sunset towards the coast. The Casita is equipped with all the necessities you need for a get away weekend. Also we are very pet friendly!

With almost 1 acre of property, you'll have plenty of privacy. Sleeps 8 kids/adults, plus 2 babies/toddlers in the pack & play and the crib! 3 bedrooms + loft which is listed as the "4th bedroom."
