Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! This cozy cottage nestled in quiet Granville Beach is close enough to all amenities of Annapolis Royal, but tucked away into a serene property surrounded by greenery with a view of the river. This cottage comes with everything you need and more, a fully functional kitchen with stove/ oven, mini fridge, microwave and sink. A bathroom with toilet and shower and a comfy living space, just outside of the bedroom separated by a sliding door. This is the perfect place to have a house away from home.

This ultra private location is accessed via a steep staircase or steep driveway so for those with mobility challenges be mindful.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!
