Bright apartment located downstairs of our home. Peaceful waterfront in Fall River on the Shubie Canal. Lots of space in this private lot but yet 20minutes from the city. Enjoy the view, relax with a book or Dip in the pool if it's a hot day. Walk to local eatery for lunch or dinner. Personal favourite is Fourth Lock Skate park /Rec Center 2 min drive. A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. This summer home is located at the head of Herring Cove; there is 48m of waterfront. Have fun exploring, roaming the rocks or kayaking the Cove of this private shore. We have a kayak for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular view from the hot tub or the spacious deck. Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. This is a great spot for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

Park Place provides an amazing place to call home when exploring Acadia National Park. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood this first floor unit is a few blocks from the center of town. A 10 min walk from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and 15 min walk to sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar. Designated off street parking for two cars with self check in and 3 mini splits for individual heat and AC temp controls. Steps away from amazing Havana as well as many other restaurants.
