We’re minutes from Treetops Ski Resort and the snowmobile trail sits right at the end of our road! This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch overlooks Kassuba Lake, sleeps 6, and features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedroom two has two twin-over-full bunks. Large windows bring in natural light, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Enjoy this 4 bed/3 bath getaway home on Spider Lake with 60 feet of private beach: an absolutely beautiful setting from sunrise to sunset and the pontoon boat at no extra cost in June, July, Aug, and Sept. Also, kayaks and paddle boats provided free of charge. We are close to the island/sand bar but still quiet at the house. It's the perfect place to stay in any season, only 11.5 miles from downtown the luxuries of downtown Traverse City, and well-protected from claustrophobic downtown traffic.

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby.
