Little Cranberry Island Cottage

Enjoy Little Cranberry Island Cottage out on the beautiful Little Cranberry Island away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Its a one bedroom loft with king bedroom one flight of stairs up. On the first level there is living area with sleeper sofa, small table and chairs, then there is the kitchen with large fridge and stove. The bathroom comes with a shower. After your day's activity enjoy the patio with a glass of wine or just take a stroll down the dock and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Rustic Manset Tiny House

Experience living tiny in this lovingly built small scale space that includes everything you need for a cozy getaway. Return from a day of hiking in Acadia National Park to soak in the clawfoot tub or relax on the tiny deck, with a glimpse of the ocean. This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

This stylish, former 1940s schoolhouse is one of just a few homes located along Acadia's scenic Schoodic Loop; guests can virtually hike or bike by stepping out the back door. Enjoy our crowd-free corner of Acadia or drive 7 min to the ferry for a charming boat ride to Bar Harbor. Alternatively, head up the coast for more hikes, picturesque fishing villages, quirky shops and quintessential Maine culture. At home, enjoy books, original art, a curated record collection and fresh local lobster.

“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

The Seamist Cottage - Converted Historic Barn

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.

Cozy Quietside Retreat

Located on the west (“quiet") side of Mount Desert Island, 2 minutes from Acadia National Park hiking trails, Echo Lake Beach, downtown Southwest Harbor; 25 minutes to Bar Harbor. Our location is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by woods. This apartment is on the 2nd level; it offers privacy: your own driveway, exterior entrance and patio area all to yourself! It feels secluded. 2024: new deck and heat pump (air conditioning, no humidity!) make it better than ever this year!

Crow's Nest by the Harbor

Wake up relaxed in a piece of this 1850's home nestled by the working marina at Bass Harbor. After a day of exploring Acadia, walk across the street to the seasonal full service restaurant and catch the stunning sunset. A short 5 minute drive to town features more restaurants & gift shops. Please note that Crow's Nest has very steep stairs and is not suitable for young children and caution to anyone who may have challenges navigating standard stairs.

Cozy Seal Harbor Cottage

We request anyone who stays on our property be fully vaccinated. Thank you for helping to keep our community healthy! This stand along cottage is on the same property as owner's home and includes 1 parking space. 2 bedrooms with full bath, laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen. House abuts Acadia National Park; Seal Harbor Beach and carriage roads are easy walking or biking distance! Only 12 minutes to Bar Harbor and 5 to Northeast Harbor.
