While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Relax peacefully and have fun with the whole family. With the ICW in your back yard you can sit, fish on the longest pier on the island, work(if you must) with availability to charge devices or just relax and have a beverage watching the sun set. Just minutes from the beach, walk or take the golf cart for a day of fun in the sun. After a long day grab some takeout or cook in the fully furnished kitchen and dine on one of the tables outside or inside and watch the boats go by on the waterway.

Welcome to "5 More Minutes" beach house located near the ICW and Wooded section of Oak Island, NC. This open-floor plan home on pilings is on the island's west side and features a three-bedroom (three-bath)/two-full-bathroom configuration. Oak Island beaches are a short one-mile walk or drive away. We offer a 6-seater electric golf cart with a pre-paid parking pass to rent by the day. You must be over 21 to operate it. The golf cart rental fee is handled separately from the house rental.
