Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Her kan du slappe af med familien og nyde de fredfyldte omgivelser, herunder den nærliggende skov, hvor der lever vildsvin. Huset, der er bygget i 1776, emmer af gamle dage på landet. Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.
