Walk to Bank St Beach...and everything else! Perfect location means easy access to all you need. Bathe at beautiful Bank St Beach in minutes, .3 mile. Meander along Main St where artists abound, browse boutiques, and delight in any of the dozen restaurants within walking distance. Wychmere weddings are .5 mile away. Nantucket Ferry, Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, & fishing are within 1.5 miles. Chatham nearby. Or, stay in, bring Bocce or Cornhole out to the yard, then dine on the private deck.

Loaded with amenities - central A/C, high speed WiFi, freshly turned linens & towels, equipped kitchen, Keurig & K-cups, & smart TV.

"Coaster" Village Location!

Sweet Cottage just a 1/2 mile to Bank Street Beach and only a block from Main Street. The property has lovely gardens and landscaping making it a wonderful retreat setting. Summer months July, August to Sept 10th are at least 1 week rentals Saturday to Saturday unless a few days are available in between or if there is availability as season approaches. Off season, 2 to 3 night stay minimum, I provide linens, coffee and towels for short term rentals. Easy walk to the village and beaches!

Cape Hideaway

Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
