This fully equipped self catering studio is suitable for short and long term stays. Our building is directly across from the Kempinski Hotel and Gondola Station which is a perfect location for skiers. There is a ski depot at the main entrance to our building - we can arrange a discount for you. There is a parking lot behind our building - we will give you a discount voucher so that you only pay 6 leva per day. We also have a 3 phase outlet for electric cars which costs 20 live per charge.

My apartment is a cozy studio in Aspen Golf Resort located in the serene area between the mountains of Pirin, Rila and Rodopi. There is free access to Spa, Gym, outdoor and indoor pools. The area is perfect for trekking, cycling or indulging in nature. The Ski Cabin of Bansko is at short 15 min drive, there are shuttles to the lift during the official ski season for 10lv per person per day. For the Golf lovers, Pirin Golf is 2 mins drive/10 mins walk away and is operating all year around.

Big 39m2 studio for up to 3 adults, 10 minutes away from the gondola by a shuttle bus ride, is warm (has an inverter AC), has fast & stable WiFi, full kitchen, free access to a nice, clean & warm spa, nearby restaurant with good & affordable food, free closed parking space, self-serving laundry room. Shuttle bus is available during winter season, the schedule is consistent and it drives you: -from the hotel to the gondola: 8:30AM, 9:30AM -from the gondola to the hotel: 3:00PM, 4:30PM
