Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Nous sommes au milieu du triangle magique, il ne tiendra qu'à vous de vous laisser guider vers Avignon et son célèbre festival, Arles et la camargue, Nimes et sa feria, St Remy et les Baux de Provence, Le mont ventoux et sa lavande, Aix en Provence, Uzes et le Duché , La mystérieuse fontaine de Vaucluse, Orange et le théâtre antique, Pont du Gard inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Perfect for 2 persons (eventually 3), a nicely independent apartment in a renovated Provencal farmhouse with a bedroom and it's king size bed (180x200), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room with lounge including an open plan kitchen fully equipped and a 3rd possible accomodation on the mezzanine. Enjoy the shaded terrace, the wonderful garden with the 13m x 4m new swimming pool and the petanque ground. Some bicylces and a tennis table are available as well.

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
