VALLS 3, located on a 19th century building, is a 2015 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (with showers). Internet Wi-Fi. Private terrace and balcony. Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. The apartment is on a 2nd floor. Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. Thanks for understanding. Exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.

The adults guests (over 16 years old) need pay 9.5€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment.
