Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. The location of this apartment is excellent, only a 5 minutes walk from the most visited monument, the Sagrada Familia. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. Free WiFi, A/C, centralized heating. We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. Families with children are welcome. Our reception is located at 30 metres (100 feet) from the apartment and it's open from 9h to 18h, every day.
