This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. We are a 20 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, 10 minutes from the Grand Prix Circuit and 15 minutes from Cowes. If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. This is the perfect base to enjoy Phillip Island explore the delights of South Gippsland.

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

House of Radovanovich

Our delightful home is close to art and culture, great views, Coal Creek Museum, Tourist railway, 20 minute ocean. One hour Phillip Island and penguin parade, Motor Cycle Grand Prix, Wilson's Prom and Mornington Peninsula tourist attractions. You’ll love "The House of Radovanovich" because of the friendly hosts have travelled the world and wish to share their sense of adventure. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
