This unique, original and unassuming 1950s beach house is surrounded by casuarina trees, with views of the turquoise waters of north Broulee Bay. Walk 3mins out the back gate to Shark Bay, your private aquarium, crystal clear and still water, 150 meters across, wedged between Broulee Wildlife Island and Broulee Headland (where the house is). This house is away from residential streets and all you'll hear is birds and waves. Dog beaches are within minutes from the house. Quiet dogs are welcome.

The surrounding region includes Milton and Mollymook, Morton National Park and more. Kayaks can be launched directly across the road in Lemon Tree Creek.
